Terms & Conditions

TermsPurpose of Rentpal: Rentpal serves as a channel to connect prospective tenants with individuals offering apartment listings. The platform does not guarantee that purchasing a lead will result in securing an apartment. Nature of Leads: The leads provided by Rentpal are contact details of tenants listing the apartments they're currently living in. These leads are meant to offer you options to explore during your house-hunting process. Responsibilities of Buyers: Rentpal does not conduct physical inspections or verify the condition or availability of the apartments listed. You are solely responsible for contacting the lead, arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and making the final decision. Rentpal advises buyers to exercise due diligence and inspect any property before making financial commitments. Rentpal Guarantee At Rentpal, we are committed to maintaining the quality and accuracy of our listings to ensure your house-hunting process is as smooth as possible. High-Quality Listings: Our guarantee is to provide contact information for genuine listings and to promptly remove and replace any invalid leads that are reported to us. A lead is considered invalid if the contact is unresponsive, unreachable, or the provided details are incorrect. Replacement Policy: Only invalid leads qualify for replacement if reported. Leads that are valid but do not result in successful discussions or agreements cannot be replaced, as the final decision and effort to secure a property rest with you. Frequently Requested Leads: To ensure fairness and exclusivity, any lead that has been requested up to five (5) times will no longer be sent to new buyers. Such leads will be clearly labeled as "Frequently Requested" on the live listings page, allowing you to make an informed decision if you still wish to request them. Commitment to Improvement: Rentpal continuously works to keep our listings genuine and sourced from real people. While we cannot guarantee securing a rental, we can assure you of our commitment to maintaining high standards for the leads we provide. By purchasing a lead, you accept these terms and understand that Rentpal’s guarantee is focused on the quality and validity of leads, not the outcome of your house-hunting process. No Guarantees of Securing Housing: By purchasing a lead from Rentpal, you understand that we are a facilitator, not a final destination for securing housing. Rentpal’s role is to provide contact details for potential rentals, but success depends on your efforts to explore, negotiate, and decide. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a lead, you confirm that: You have read and understood this agreement. You accept that Rentpal’s guarantee covers only invalid leads, not unsuccessful negotiations or personal dissatisfaction. Rentpal is not liable for the outcome of your interactions with the provided leads.
